The fleet

Vans where the work is.

Half of what we do never sees the store counter. It's a front door in Remuera, a work ute in Penrose, a ranch slider in New Lynn, a broken ignition key on the side of SH20.

The mobile rigs carry diagnostic gear, blank stocks for most of the Auckland fleet, replacement hardware for standard door locks, and the tools to get into almost anything without damaging it.

Pick up the phone.

Day, night, Sunday, ANZAC Day, Boxing Day. The one thing we can control about an emergency locksmith call is whether we answer it. We answer it.

2 · QUOTE

Tell you the price up front.

Not cheap — we won't pretend we are. But you know the number before we pick up the tools, not after. If the job turns out simpler, you pay less. If it's harder, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

3 · PROTECT

Non-destructive entry, every time we can.

Kicking the door in is a 30-second fix and a $2,000 problem. We carry the gear to do it the proper way — bypass, pick, decode. If the hardware's genuinely beyond rescue, we'll say so.

4 · KEEP IN TOUCH

Text when we're on the way.
